How long does shipping take for my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Are PRIME drinks suitable for everyone?
PRIME Hydration is caffeine-free and intended for ages 12 and up. However, PRIME Energy contains high levels of caffeine and is not recommended for children under 18, pregnant women, or individuals sensitive to caffeine.
What is your return policy for food and beverage items?
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on beverage items for food safety reasons. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
