Due to the perishable nature of our products, PRIME Hydration does not accept returns or exchanges to ensure the safety and quality of our beverages for all customers. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery for a full replacement or refund.
Return Process
- 1.Inspect Your Order
Upon delivery, carefully check your shipment for any signs of leakage, punctures, or incorrect items before opening the safety seals.
- 2.Document Issues
If you find damage, take high-quality photographs of the outer packaging and the affected bottles to include as evidence for your claim.
- 3.Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and the photos of the damaged goods to initiate a quality review process.
- 4.Receive Resolution
Once our team verifies the defect, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out a fresh replacement at no extra cost.
